The New York City Department of Health requires that all animals be up to date with current Rabies, Canine Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations before any grooming can take place.
Make a grooming appointment with us today, we are open from Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Daycare runs from Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We will accommodate for outside normal business hours up until 6 p.m, additional fees will be assessed.
Non-Refundable Deposit:
For all requested appointments please note that we are collecting a non-refundable deposit of $30 for dogs and $60 for cats, per pet. This deposit will be used towards your service cost, it is non-refundable and will be used to secure that appointment only. When dropping off there is a 15-minute grace period for lateness, after 15 minutes you will have to reschedule and/or be assessed a $15 Fee in the event that we are able to fit you into the schedule for that day, additional fees will be assessed to anything over a half-hour. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule the deposit can not be used to secure a future appointment. A new non-refundable deposit is required to secure another appointment. You are responsible to make sure your vaccination record is updated with current vaccines prior to your appointment.
No-Show:
For all no-show appointments that have exceeded two no-shows, please note that we are collecting a non-refunable deposit of half of the total due for your scheduled appointment. By paying your deposit, you have chosen to accept Furry Pawz & Clawz Pet Salon's terms and conditions.
